Public money is balanced on a day with no hockey plays. Vegas appears to be content with trapping the public in other games and this is a good ol’ fashioned borefest between two bad teams on Monday Night Football.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have underachieved, but nearly defeated the Seattle Seahawks last week. If that’s any indication of what they’re capable of, the Miami Dolphins could be in trouble in Tampa tonight. I happen to be of the opinion that last week was a fluke.

The Washington Redskins had a goal-line stand last week that could come to define their season. I never thought the Dolphins were all that good. I bet them for under on total wins, Ive bet against them for profit all year. I don’t think the Dolphins at 2.5 will cover.

The Bengals have a good team. Great defense, good running game, excellent deep threat passing game. Balance should be the key here. Cincy has an edge as long as they can play their game in this one, which will be tough on the road but I expect them to get it done.
