Free NHL Picks Contest ($100 Prize): Buffalo Sabres at Arizona Coyotes

NHL Picks Contest ($100 Prize): Buffalo Sabres at Arizona Coyotes

As I mentioned in the original post, we don’t bet games like this. When two teams are this terrible, there’s an element of volatility that I don’t like to mess with in a long-term investment approach. I’ve written this game off for a week now – especially after the Buffalo Sabres were cheering for the Arizona Coyotes in Buffalo.

As always, simply comment on the post pinned to the top of our Facebook page to compete in our free NHL Picks Contest with a $100 prize to the winner.

NCAA March Madness Picks: Gonzaga vs Duke

NCAA March Madness Picks: Gonzaga Duke

I loved this region, and I loved Duke to win it. I think theyre the better team and we’ve been on them from the start to give Kentucky a run. I think this will be an interesting test for them.

Gonzaga has been on a nice run. They’re a solid team and they can fly under the Vegas radar a bit because the public doesn’t tend to think of them as a powerhouse. They’ve been strong all tournament and Duke has a history of underperforming in games they look like they should win.

NCAA March Madness Picks: WVU vs Kentucky

NCAA March Madness Picks: West Virginia vs Kentucky

I still think Kentucky is the best team in basketball and I was unimpressed by the way West Virginia finished their win last week. Pressing the court the entire game, even after a miss, is not going to confuse the talented Kentucky Wildcats. All that is going to happen in this game is that Kentucky is going to get a lot of open looks and use their size and talent to dominate this game.

I can’t see West Virginia keeping it close or causing any problems for UK. I think Kentucky runs away  ...

NHL Picks Contest ($100 Prize): Sabres Coyotes

NHL Picks Contest ($100): Buffalo Sabres at Arizona Coyotes

Monday, March 30th

Normally I just write games like this off completely as “two bad teams, no bet.” We even have it programmed into the Z-Code VIP Club that when I type TBTNB that saying pops up automatically. I think these teams are the epitome of that betting style… when teams are this bad it lends an element of volatility that makes it best to just stay away. That’s why it’s the perfect contest pick – who ya got to win this one?

Here are our standings… Again, your continued participation and attention to our posts is what keeps these going. Looks like there’s all the usual suspects at the top, and it’s still anyone’s competition. Good luck!

Seven wins

CASH CHAMPIONSHIP – NBA & NHL KING 2015 – ROUND 10 RECAP

Oh boy! Billyboy(billy.willis1) and Nelzon Munts(nflranders) will not agree with me for sure, but we have dreamed scenario so far in the last stage of the contest! A lot of guys went very aggressive in round 10 and while both leaders hit really unlucky losses, the pursuit group became stronger! Fantastic bombs delivered Anssi(anssi.t.toivonen), Angelo(hondabmw2001) and Logan(kevhao1), still unbeaten are Jiong(snowman1818) and Gergely(geri.rulett) and still few top players in the rank have some bombs and nukes to launch. Can’t wait to see what will happen in the next two rounds! Keep it up  ...

NHL Picks: San Jose Sharks at Ottawa Senators

NHL Picks: San Jose Sharks at Ottawa Senators

No team has come on as strong over the second half of the season as the Ottawa Senators. Seemingly out of nowhere, following the discovery of a phenom goaltender, the Sens have caught the stumbling Bruins. With two games in hand and just a point back after winning six in a row, Ottawa seems like a favorite to make the playoffs as a wild card.

The San Jose Sharks – perennial favorites out west – have gone in the opposite direction. They’re eight points out and struggling. They’ve lost three of four  ...

NBA Picks: Philadelphia 76ers at LA Lakers

NBA Picks: Philadelphia 76ers at LA Lakers

The end of the Kobe Bryant era is slowly coming upon us while rebuilding efforts in Philadelphia continue to stumble. The result is a battle of two of the worst teams in basketball, but with limited NHL action and a strong signal from the computer, this is one of my only plays that isn’t a March Madness game.

With both teams playing such poor basketball, there’s some value in the spread here for the road team. I expect a close game where either team can win, and that gives the 76ers some value here.  ...
