The New Orleans Saints got worse this off-season losing most of their key offensive weapons (and a few on defense), while the Arizona Cardinals were one of the best teams in the league last year and they’re finally healthy. Public money is pouring in on the Cardinals, yet the line has moved in favor of the Cardinals down to -2.
