I understand why Z-Code feels comfortable picking the Houston Texans here. They’re the hottest team in football, they’re off to their first 5-0 start in franchise history, and they’re home. The moneyline feels pretty safe against the stumbling, .500 Packers.
Arian Foster is the most productive running back in the NFL, and the balanced attack of the Texans offense frees up a vertical passing game. The Texans are efficient, and their defense has been excellent. No team has found a chink in the armor, but if anyone can it’s the Green Bay Packers.
The Packers are getting 3.5 points on the road, but are you really going to go against Aaron Rodgers in a must-win game?
Despite Green Bay’s struggles, I trust Rodgers getting points. Z-Code likes the Texans on the moneyline. Maybe we’ll both win!
