Well, after Johnny Cueto’s start was pushed back for no reason, most of you got a pretty easy win from the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Cincinnati Reds never really stood a chance, and it was one of the biggest progression bets of the season for my forum. It ended up being a whacky game, so I figure we should give the Reds another chance.

The Minnesota Twins are another terrible team, and on the road they’re a tough team to trust. They definitely have a pitching edge here with Phil Hughes, but the Cincinnati Reds have home field advantage and I don’t think either team is really worth supporting. So, in a game that will never fit my forum because bad teams breed volatility, who do you have? As always, simply comment on this post to participate.

After another round of our MLB Picks Contest where our participant pool was essentially divided right down the middle again, we had only three winners. The New York Yankees finished off the Kansas City Royals in a relatively comfortable win behind the strong pitching performance of Michael Pineda.
