The Florida Panthers have played decent hockey this year, but the Anaheim Ducks should be the class of the West by the end of the season.

Brady is my number 1 QB this week. He’s got a great matchup against washington where the over/under is 52.5 and the patriots are a 14 point favorite. This means vegas expects them to score about 4 tds and I wouldn’t be surprised if at least 3 of them are from Brady. He’s kind of an obvious pick as he’s been a stud QB all year and is consistently the most expensive player at his position. I usually don’t like spending this  ...

The Carolina Panthers are unbeaten. The Carolina Panthers, nearly 2:1 favorites to miss the playoffs this year, are unbeaten. The Indianapolis Colts, saved by how terrible their division is, are in the playoff hunt despite how terribly they’ve played to start the year. It sounds, if you were making preseason predictions, that those comments would be reversed when they met on Monday Night Football.

I don’t trust Andrew Luck. I don’t think he’s healthy, I don’t think he’s effective, and I don’t think he’s going to have a very strong game against the  ...

Happy Halloween, Z-Coders. I love this one, but I have my hesitations about betting the Pittsburgh Penguins against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Toronto, irrespective of how terrible Toronto is this year.

The Penguins are a little bit tired here and they’ve been inconsistent this season. On the road, they may come out a little slow with both factors coming together. Still, I don’t see how the Leafs can keep up with this kind of talent. I think the line is pretty reasonable, and even though we’re betting a favorite on the  ...
