NBA: Can Boston Celtics win 20 straight games?

The Boston Celtics have won 16 straight NBA games. It is an incredible feat, and many NBA experts didn’t feel the Celtics could be a powerhouse after losing Gordon Hayward to injury in Boston’s season opener. Superstar Kyrie Irving has really picked up the slack in Hayward’s absences and the guard is averaging 22.5 points per game.

One bookmaker has calculated that bettors could have made more than $690,000 on the Celtics, if they had bet $100 on the team to win the first game of their 16 game run and continued the bet until now. That is  ...

NBA: What did we learn in week 1?

The first week of the NBA season is finished, and some interesting notes have already been made. Of course, the Boston Celtics have lost Gordon Hayward to a broken tibia. Washington is already 3-0 and the only perfect team in the Eastern Conference. The Grizzlies and Spurs, both are 3-0, and both are playing better than expected.
