Premier League matchday 28 will be headlined by the latest edition of the Manchester Derby as Manchester City and Manchester United play at the Etihad Stadium.
The match will be the third meeting of the campaign between the archrivals in all competitions. The clubs drew their first derby in the league in a bore nil-nil draw. However, their second meeting in the Carabao Cup semifinal saw Manchester City dominate the game and win 2-0 to advance to the tournament’s final.
Manchester City vs. Manchester United
The Cityzens are 14 points ahead of Manchester United in the race for the league title. They are thriving and winners of their last six games. Manchester United are unbeaten in six straight games, but four of those games ended in draws. The Red Devils drew nil-nil on Wednesday night against Crystal Palace to further dent their chances of winning the title.
Manchester City are simply playing too well in the league and should defeat Manchester United. Don’t expect a high-scoring game. Rather, the derby should be a low-scoring affair with Manchester City winning to nil and under 2.5 goals tallied.
Manchester United are not as good a side as their second-place position makes them out to be. They should continue to slip up and drop points once more.

West Brom vs. Newcastle United
Two Premier League strugglers will go at it at the Hawthorns on Sunday. The Baggies are likely to be relegated this season. They are still just nine points from safety. Which team are they chasing? Newcastle United.
The Magpies are in awful form and key players including Allan Saint-Maximin and Callum Wilson are struggling with injuries. Newcastle United are winless in three straight league games.
Sunday’s match is a six-point affair. If West Brom can win, they will be in a far better position to save their campaign and remain in the Premier League. Newcastle United have lost back-to-back matches in the Premier League away from home. West Brom are unbeaten in three straight games at home. They could get a positive result and improve their chances of remaining in the league for next season.

Tottenham Hotspur vs. Crystal Palace
Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur are underachieving. It is believed that the club have set a timeline for sacking Mourinho this season. Tottenham Hotspur are six points off of Champions League qualification for next season. The competition for a top-four place is strong and Spurs have been poor against teams in the upper half of the standings.
Crystal Palace claimed a home draw earlier this season. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Eagles grab another draw against Spurs. On paper, Tottenham should win against a poor attacking Crystal Palace team.
Spurs should win or draw this game with Harry Kane potentially getting a goal. Tottenham Hotspur play in the Europa League on Thursday and the team could certainly overlook a tricky league game versus Crystal Palace. This game could end in a Tottenham Hotspur win or draw at full-time.
