NHL Featured Game – Dallas Stars at Columbus Blue Jackets
The Dallas Stars finally get Jamie Benn back after long negotiations with their top-line center. Jaromir Jagr is probable, and the Stars offense could be in full force here for the first time all year.
The Columbus Blue Jackets are not as bad as they were last year and won’t be as fun to bet against each night. Bobrovsky can beat anyone and is strong in net, while the defense got deeper and the offense has some nice pieces playing their roles early. They can compete here.
Dallas has a goaltending edge, but on the road it’s not nearly as strong as it appears. They have a roster edge, but I don’t know if we can trust them completely. New pieces mean new variables, and this team may take some time ot adjust to their new lines.

Z-Code likes the under here. Given the strong play of both goalies I tend to agree. Z-Code also likes the Stars with low confidence. It seems we agree there as well. This should be a good game, it could be a tight one, but I think the Stars have the edge. Still, I am very hesitant to jump on this one aggressively.
