New England defeated the Green Bay Packers in week 9 proving Aaron Rodgers is nowhere near the signal caller Tom Brady is. The Pats have overcome their 1-2 start to win six in a row. The road has been tricky for New England this season. The team’s two losses came away from Gillette Stadium.
The Tennessee Titans are 2-1 at home and currently sit at .500 overall in the AFC South. The Titans are coming off of a 28-14 win over the Dallas Cowboys. If Tennessee wants to make the playoffs then Marcus Mariota has got to get his team in the end zone more often. The Titans’ defense can keep things close, but Mariota and company have to do more when they have the ball.
Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams
The Seattle Seahawks sank to a 25-17 defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Chargers in week 9. They now take on the Rams following their loss to the Saints. The divisional game is a chance for Seattle to get back into the playoff picture. Seattle is currently .500 and 1-1 in the division. The good news is the Seahawks have posted a 3-2 record on the road.
The Seahawks and Rams met in week 5 in Seattle. Los Angeles recorded a slender 33-31 victory. The Rams came from behind to win the game thanks in part to Seattle’s offense stalling in the fourth quarter. Sunday’s game is a chance at redemption for the Seahawks. However, the Rams have something to prove after last week’s loss. Quarterback Jared Goff and running-back Todd Gurley are the NFL’s best one-two punch and won’t go lightly in LA.
