NFL Picks: Dallas Cowboys at Washington Redskins

The Dallas Cowboys really are that bad. They have no quarterback. The Cowboys are still in the playoff hunt, but without a quarterback I don’t see them having a chance here. The Washington Redskins are not a good team and are by no means reliable but they have a chance to win the division. On their home field on national television, I can’t see them letting this one slip away.

That said, I cannot trust the Washington Redskins with my money so I will not be placing a wager on Monday Night Football this week. Choosing between the Redskins and Cowboys is like going to a strip club with $500 on a tuesday afternoon. There’s a pretty good chance you might have fun for a little while, but wouldn’t you rather just wait for a time where you can spend that money in the champagne room without her bringing her three-year-old daughter in there with you?

I liked the Cowboys to win the division this year, but when Tony Romo got hurt and they didn’t sign Tim Tebow, this season went to crap. The defense is average, they miss having a legitimate running back, and the offense has been woefully inept. Still, I don’t want anything to do with the Washington Redskins either. The computer says 4 stars of value on this one with a 65% chance elf hitting on the money line. That’s good enough for me, despite the conflict with the spread line.

We had a perfect week this week. We won on the Packers Hail Mary and it set a pretty good tone for the week. Sunday, we hit on the Broncos, Cardinals (as posted here), and Chiefs. We even hit the Chicago Blackhawks in our NHL Picks forum. It was a perfect day and a strong week. This isn’t a system play, but I lean to the Redskins here. I really do think the Dallas Cowobys are just that bad. So… for fun:
