The NBA season is down to the final few weeks, and several teams are still in a position to make the postseason. There are six games set for Monday, March 20. We’ll take a look at four of them with the Grizzlies hosting the Mavericks as the highlighted game.
Dallas Mavericks versus Memphis Grizzlies
Dallas comes into play 8th in the Western Conference and Memphis is 3rd. The teams split the previous two meetings this season, both winning on the road. I like Philadelphia to keep rolling but pass on the “over/under” bet.
Sacramento Kings versus Utah Jazz
The Kings head to Utah as the 2nd seed in the Western Conference and the Jazz are 10th. Sacramento is “average up” versus “ice cold down” and +19 versus +8 on the Power Ranks Indicator. The teams have been trending on opposite sides of the “over/under” line, and the Score Predictor likes the Kings in a 124-111 road win with 67 percent confidence. The Kings have performed consistently better with regard to their favorite/underdog status. I like Sacramento by six to ten points in a game “over” the line.
Indiana Pacers versus Charlotte Hornets
Indiana is fighting for a chance at the postseason, while Charlotte has packed it in until next season. The Pacers are “average down” versus “ice cold down” on the Team Strength Oscillator and +20 versus +2 on the Power Ranks Indicator. The teams have been trending in games “under” the line and the Score Predictor has Indiana by a 116-99 score with 70 percent confidence. There is little to believe that the Hornets can pull off a win, even at home. I like Indiana by double-digits in a game “under” the line.
