Milwaukee Bucks versus Portland Trailblazers
Milwaukee is two games behind Boston for the top seed in the Eastern Conference. Portland is in 11th and needs to pick up the pace in the Western Conference. The Bucks have won six straight and Portland has won four of their last five. Both are “burning hot” and the Bucks have a +28 to +10 advantage on the Power Ranks Indicator. Milwaukee won the first game between the teams this season at home by eight points, and the Score Predictor has Portland winning this one by a score of 124-112 with 67 percent confidence. I like Portland to edge Milwaukee at home, but pass on the over/under bet.
Oklahoma City Thunder versus Golden State Warriors
Oklahoma City is near the bottom of the Western Conference and Golden State is 10th in the conference with a .500 record. Both teams have lost their last two and the Warriors are “average down” versus “ice cold down” on the Team Strength Oscillator. The teams have dropped on the Power Ranks Indicator with the Warriors holding a +15 to +8 edge. With the confidence of a toss of a coin, the Score Predictor has the Warriors by a 119-106 score. The Thunder are relatively inconsistent with regard to their favorite/underdog status. The Warriors took the first game between the teams by a score of 128-120. I like a similar outcome in a game “over” the line.
