MLB Picks: Texas Rangers at Los Angeles Angels
Well, I don’t personally have any plays today but for fun and for something to drink to, I’m on the Rangers and the over in this one with the computer.
I wouldn’t have personally picked the over in this game as both pitchers are having a great season. That said, public money is pouring in on the Angels despite relatively sharp odds and Vegas must know something we don’t. I think they’re pushing the action and I expect the Rangers to give LA a game here. I think the only way that happens is if some runs are scored.
The computer has a weak signal, but in a tight game with no value in the favorite I imagine that means there’s some underdog value. The Texas Rangers have simply been too hot to bet against lately, and while the LA Angels might be the better team, I think the Rangers have enough momentum to really compete here.
It’s a low confidence play for sure, and there’s limited computer support. I’m on the over and the Rangers but we’re going very small, enjoying a Saturday night out on the town, and taking it easy.
