MLB Picks Contest: New York Yankees at Baltimore Orioles
Vegas is taking a little extra time to post the line, which makes sense as this one feels like yet another contest coin flip.
The Yankees are winners. They find ways to win despite injuries and are always in the hunt. Last year their aging roster stumbled through the season and this year is more of the same. That said, they’re not too far back, even with their latest loss of Tanaka.
The Orioles are upstart. They’re loaded with young talent and have one of the best managers in baseball. They too are becoming accustomed to winning baseball.
When you put them together, both playing average baseball, both being divisional rivals, both with a weaker part of the rotation up I think it’s really anyone’s game.
