This is my favorite rivalry in sports as a lifelong New York Yankees fan. I love that the Boston Red Sox are struggling this year and bringing up the rear of such a highly mediocre division. I love that the Yankees have found a way to have some relative success despite injuries and mediocrity throughout the roster. It’s been quite a year.
