NFC South Preseason Predictions: Atlanta Falcons Win Mediocre Division By Default I don’t know what to say about this division because everyone is just so terrible. This isn’t even fun to write. I feel like I can barely name the teams in this division and I live in New Orleans. I think the Atlanta Falcons, by default, are going to win the division because the New Orleans Saints imploded, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren’t ready to be competitive, and the Carolina Panthers are too inconsistent. There, that wasn’t so hard.

1. Atlanta Falcons (10-6): The offense is really exciting. There is a good young rotation of running backs, the wide receivers are exciting, Matt Ryan is reliable, and the connection between Ryan and Jones is among the best in the league.
