NFL Week 7 DFS Picks: Winning Lineups, Top Value Positions

It is my pleasure to introduce Zcode’s new fantasy sports forum that I will be running this season.  This post includes all our top value predictions for quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, and all positions to help you set a winning DFS lineup for NFL Week 7.  I will be posting picks from my forum predictions each week, but the VIP Club membership will include additional information and posts from other experts across all sports and additional posts to help you maximize your profits.  Without further ado, here are my favorite players for Week 7.
Prices are fan duel / drafktings

Top Week 7 QBs:

Carson Palmer – 8200 / 6700

Philip Rivers – 8000 / 6500
Blake Bortles – 7500 / 5400
Ryan Fitzpatrick – 7100 / 5200
I love Carson Palmer’s Value here- I think he has a strong chance to be the number 1 qb this week and his price is great. I also think Ryan Fitzpatrick makes a serviceable qb at his price. The jets have been putting up huge offensive numbers and they will need to score points to stay in contention with New England.

Top Week 7 RBs:

Devonta Freeman 8700 / 7900
Todd Gurley 7400 / 5000
Arian Foster 8600 / 7500
Frank Gore 7100 / 4900
Chris Ivory 7800 / 5800
Lesean McCoy 7700 / 5500
Lamar Miller 6700 / 4600
Theo Riddick 5200 / 3400
Charles Sims 5400 / 3600
Devonta Freeman will be on most everyone else’s roster and there’s a reason for it. He’s been shredding everyone he plays against and there’s no reason why he shouldn’t put up 30 points again this week. At this point the only advantage he offers you is that you don’t have to compete against him. He’s expensive, but you can make up his price with other high value picks. Those picks are Gurley- who I love at his price and will be in all of my lineups this week- Frank Gore, Lesean McCoy and Chris Ivory – who I think is grossly undervalued at his price. Roddick and Sims represent guys with a lot of upside at a super cheap price. I don’t expect either to put up 20+ points, but if you load up on WRs either represents a serviceable flex.

Top Week 7 WRs:

DeAndre Hopkins 9200 / 8600
Brandon Marshall 8200 / 7800
TY Hilton 7700 / 6500
John Brown 6700 / 5500
Allen Robinson 7000 / 6400
Eric Decker 6200 / 5300
Willie Snead 6500 / 4300
Stefon Diggs 5800 / 4200
Michael Crabtree 5900 / 4300
Kamar Aiken 5600 / 4400
Malcom Floyd 5200 / 3600
Hopkins is basically the same as Freeman. Most people will have him and I don’t really want to be playing against him. I will say that he’s not in as many of my lineups as freeman and I don’t think he’s a must add because there are other WRs who could easily perform as strongly or better at cheaper prices. Brandon Marshall is a must have in a Hopkins-free lineup. He’s almost averaging 100 yards and td right now and in what will likely be a pass heavy game he should be a target monster for NY. Watch the jets injury report though because he did pop up there yesterday but is expected to be fine by sunday. I like Decker because of his cheap price and the fact that he represents an integral piece in an offense that will be forced to keep scoring. I don’t think he outscores Marshall, but I do think he has a chance at coming close. John Brown represents the cheaper version of Larry Fitzgerald with just as much upside. Ill be doubling down with him in every lineup containing Carson Palmer. Willie Snead is another guy who will be in almost all of my lineups. His price is too cheap for a receiver who could easily be Drew Brees’s number one target in a game where the Saints will be passing a ton. Diggs is a guy who popped up and had a monster game last week and seems to be Teddy Bridgewater’s new favorite target. He’s primed for another big one against Detroit but he doesn’t have enough history to be a sure-play. Aiken is a low floor play who could succeed if Patrick Peterson manages to keep Steve Smith quiet. I like Malcom Floyd only if Keenan Allen doesn’t end up playing so monitor his progress. TY Hilton is undervalued at his price as Andrew Luck seems to be back I would expect a strong showing from him.
TE:
Antonio Gates 5800 / 5000
Travis Kelce 6000 / 4900
Delanie Walker 5500 / 3900
Julius Thomas 5600 / 4500
Antonio Gates will be on a lot of people’s lineups too but you have to take him where you can. His price is absurdly cheap and he will almost certainly be a top 3 TE. I think Kelce also has a good game, but for the prices I’d take Gates over him in every lineup. Delanie Walker is a value pick who could have a huge outing and his price is great. Atlanta gave up a huge game to Benjamin Watson last week in New Orleans and seems to have real issues stopping TEs. Plus Mettenberger will probably be starting in Tennessee and with one of the worst running games in the NFL I’d expect the backup QB to be checking down to his TE a lot. If you load up elsewhere, I like Walker as a value play.
D/ST
Arizona Cardinals 5100 / 3600
Atlanta Falcons 4700 / 3300
St. Louis Rams 4500 / 2400
Carolina Panthers 4800 / 3100
I think the Cardinals will put up the most points, but value is in the Rams. I think the Rams have a solid game and the price is right. Ill also add that the Titans have ranked 32 in points allowed to opposing DST and it looks like Mettenberger will be starting. I expect lots of mistakes from him and for the Falcons to tear them apart.
K
Stephen Gostkowski 5100
anybody else
