NFL Picks and Predictions: Thursday Night Football – New York Jets at New England Patriots
I’m on the Patriots -12 and the Patriots teased to -6 with the over. I am very low confidence and betting this because it is the only show in town and I’m looking for fun… I would not qualify this spread as a system play, but I will be on it.
The Jets surprised everyone when they stole a win from the Bucs, who I thought were going to have a great year. New York is a garbage team with a slow defense, weak running game, no real receiving threats, and a rookie qb. With one of the best coaches in football, the Patriots should be able to destroy the Jets and befuddle Geno Smith.

I think this could be ugly.
Thursday Night Football always favors the home team and 12 points could seem reasonable by the third quarter. I think there will no mercy and I expect a blood bath.
