NBA Trading Market Reserach: Fav vs Underdogs?

While teams are heating up , I am analyzing NBA markets comparing underdog and favorite trends using inhouse osciallator that is not finished yet but shows us very interesting results:

These are results based on ML. It has nothing to do with spreads. Spread oscillator is not finished yet.
As you can see , the end of 2012 season and playoffs were traded as stong favorite markets
Then we enter preseason which went completely random. (as usual case for any preseason).
Now we are starting NBA season 2012 which started with hungry casual gamblers betting heavy favorites again. (expecting trends from 2011 season to hold) BUT IT’s NOT TRUE!
Nearly full week was strong Underdog market when dogs were winning even by ML, obviously covering + spreads as well.
Now we are in the interesting point where casual gambler public is frustrated on what to bet? They lost a lot betting heavy favs last week, then switched to underdogs last few days and lost again.
Once a clear trend is formed , we will be able to predict the market at least for the next few days knowing where we should push more.
