NBA Finals Game Five Pick: Cleveland Cavaliers at Golden State Warriors
Sharp line, and it seems Las Vegas is far more afraid of the completeness that the Golden State Warriors have to offer than the magic of LeBron James and his misfits. With 9 points on the line, I don’t really like the ML unless for open parlay and teaser purposes, which is what I’ll be doing here with an open parlay buying points.
LeBron James has impressed us all, but I don’t think he has enough in thetank. We said that earlier in the series and he proved us a little bit wrong, but with the series tied and only one game left in Cleveland, I think the Cavs are in trouble.
Ultimately, I’d love to see Cleveland give the Warriors a game somewhere deep down in my heart of hearts, but a big part of me knows that’s not likely. I think the Golden State Warriors will finally find some shooting and we’ll see them take over as the series wanes.
Z-Code sees value on the Cavs, and who wouldn’t? The money line is incredibly sharp and the Cavaliers can certainly steal another one if the Warriors stay cold. That said, they also give an 83% chance of victory to the Warriors and there is conflict in the line for sure. With only a 26% chance of covering the nine points, I like both sides of this one.
I’m taking +10 on the Cavs and the ML on the Warriors.
