can you explain me why Toronto is qualified and philadelphia not? one aspect of the system is not clear for me..but accoridng to my understanding either both games are qualified or both are not qualified….why it is so?

Smart Money on spread made Toronto qualified Today when Smart Money comes in it doesn’t need +8 line movement so that why Toronto Maple Leafs qualify from when it came end there way only +7 against the signal so the line still hold up.

Philadelphia wont even Qualified there was no + 8 LR on ML only the Spread so when if the Percentages where above 80% game still wont have Qualify
