I hate all these trends like “They are 7-2 in the last 9 meetings since 1932″ that sports preview writers love to use in articles to make it sound smart.. This makes me want to vomit.
Is it even relevant how they played long time ago with different players, coaches, circumstances!?? What was the team conditions, who cares when it sounds smart.
Or “this goalie is 6-1 against this team in his carrier”. How is it relevant if he is now playing for completely different team and completely under-performing ...
