However first of all that was a 28 point move in favor of Calgary on the 24hr chart, from top to close. Second there was smart money on Calgary and in the rules it is stated that we’re looking for line move OR smart money. So any way this pick should have qualified in my opinion…

we Look at the Latest Line Movement as well so Look at the Spread chart at the Bottom where the Smart Money came in to and where the Line Ended was a +8 LR in Favor of the Rangers so the Pick was disqualified
