NBA Featured Game: New York Knicks Vs Brooklyn Nets
I was a bit hesitant to feature this game. Z-Code is on the Knicks and we all know how unsuccessful I’ve been challenging the mighty computer. Still, I’m on the Nets and so are my expert colleagues. The JPM system is on the Nets +6, Damon is on Nets +6 (a great basketball mind in the VIP club), Victor expects a close game. With this much community support, and the value I already saw on the Nets, I have to press this one.

In two games this year, the Knicks were victorious over the Nets by three on the road and by three at home in overtime, but Brooklyn covered both games. Carmelo Anthony also had a combined 80 points for the Knicks and is questionable tonight (likely game-time decision) with a sprained ankle. He missed the last two games for the Knicks, including Monday’s rough loss to the young Rockets. Brooklyn couldn’t overcome a 10-of-32 effort (31.3 percent) from the field in the second half against the Jazz, after scoring 57 in the first half to go up 14. Even though Chris Copeland scored 29 points on Monday for the Knicks, he’s no Anthony. With both teams going after it and with the Nets losing two close games to the Knicks, expect another one going down to the wire, with the Nets covering.

Expanding on his information, much of the Nets struggles this year were without Brook Lopez. The Nets are healthy, the Knicks aren’t, and I think Brooklyn can keep this one close:
