NHL Picks Contest Round Seven ($100 Prize): San Jose Sharks at St. Louis Blues
I’ve picked another dandy for our competition. I give myself full credit for why you guys can’t break through and put a winning streak together. This is another coin flip.
The line has the Blues as slight favorites, but they’re on a back to back and played a very sloppy game on Monday. The Sharks are on the road, where they’re not nearly the same team. They’re on quite a skid and this is a dangerous spot for their poor play to continue. Blues have a great system, Sharks have a great offense and some fresh legs.
Z-Code gives a decent signal to the home team. Halak is in net, there’s 3.5 stars and a 58% chance to win. That said, Blues also are given a very low chance to cover the spread. Expect a close game.
I’m on the Blues, the computer is slightly on the Blues, but either way I strongly recommend keeping your money in your wallet. Don’t bet this game, but rather, put a pick in for our contest and win $100 without risking a dime!
