The Next ZCode tool I want to try out is the Power Ranking Indicator. As with any of the tools, using them as part of a group of filters can really help build profits. I’ll use two examples for tonight, one being fairly obvious and one that might be a little under the radar.
GAME #1:
New York Mets vs Los Angeles Dodgers
Here is a screenshot of the Power Ranking Indicator:
As you can see, it is pretty clear the Dodgers are trending in the right direction while the Mets have been heading for the basement for a while now. Ryu is pitching for the Dodgers and he can be pretty erratic but the Mets are 24th in the league in team wOBA vs left handers. Meanwhile, the Dodgers have quietly been hitting left handers and should be able to score a few runs on Matz. LAD on the ML should be a solid play.
GAME #2:
Chicago Cubs vs Miami Marlins
Power Ranking Indicator:
This game might be a little under the radar but I think Miami has some value. Looking at the screenshot, you can see there is potential for a Cubs regression and Miami might be starting an upswing. Add in the fact Arrieta has been struggling with a cut on his thumb which has affected his grip on certain pitches and I have no problem getting behind the Marlins tonight either on the ML or RL.
As always, using these tools as a piece of an overall puzzle is the best way to maximize results. Incorporating multiple tools as filters before each wager will make for profitable long term investing. Good luck!
