ROUND 7 RECAP
Bloody hell! That was tough round so if you pulled a winner in the contest in round 7 then you can be proud twice as much as normal. If you had no luck and for example you went 3rd time this season against Patriots like Michal(michal) then no big harm was done. There are still 5 rounds to go in the regular season and playoffs are only $282 away so keep pushing! Henri(henri.lahtin) just showed to everyone how to make a successful playoffs charge. Check below, he is one of best contenders in round 7.
Meanwhile it has to be said that Cliff(wildth***) is still rock solid while there were significant changes in the pursuing group. Round 7 won Rick(cherrytwister) who almost overthought his selection and almost dropped his winning pick, but contest master upholds the rules. I am glad I could “help” you Rick ;). Fantastic performance continues also Peter(petek***) and Anthony(tony.moch***). They have 5 winning streaks still alive and are closest to beat this contest record set at 7 wins in a row.

1 Rick(cherrytwister) $390 – Rick has very funny story to tell about this round 😉 . You’re welcome Rick ;). Fantastic win on Bills @2.3 gives biggest profit for single contender in round 7 and secures vice leader position for Rick. Now he is only $217 behind the Cliff and of course it’s only 1 pick difference. I know adrenaline now is on very high level, but please don’t overthink it in next rounds. 😛
2 Jaka(jaka.josipo***) $375 – Jaka says that he can simply play Cowboys every round ;), but to make it funnier he switches into other selection too from time to time. In round 7 he decided to go with Seahawks and made second result with $375 of profit. Finally it starts clicking for Jaka pretty good in the contest and he is on winning streak since round 5 which already gives 9th position in the rank. You deserved another Lasko beer for sure Jaka ;). You know, this most popular and most tasty beer in Slovenija ;).
3 Gustavo(gvies***) $360 – there are only great news for Gustavo after round 7! He already recovered losses adopted on chest in round 6 and moreover he is due for a win in round 8 because of the created pattern. For sure Gustavo wants to continue this pattern in round 8 and then he will try to break it in round 9. Good luck!
4 Duane(dpa2711) $345 – finally mustached man is back on track! Duane found his normal rhythm and is warming up with every stage delivering bigger and bigger profits. In round 7 he made 4th result adding to the bankroll $345. I still have no clue how Dolphins scored 2 TD in 4th quarter, but of course contest has nothing to do with figure skating and we don’t judge style :lol:. Win is a win and Duane is going up in the rank. Congratulation! I am sure it was exciting to watch this game 🙂 .
5 Henri(henri.lahtin) $339 – what a move by Henri! 65 positions up in the rank after just 1 pick! Yeah! Henri shows that contest can be crazy and that there is still a lot to play for and everyone can still make a playoff charge!
