The conference semifinals match ups haven’t completely been determined. But one certain match up is the Pelicans versus the Warriors. Who will win?
New Orleans Pelicans versus Golden State Warriors
The Pelicans are coming off a 4-0 sweep of the Trail Blazers, while the Warriors took down the Spurs in five. New Orleans holds an edge on many of the oscillators, including the Power Ranking Indicator (+28 to +25) and the Team Strength Oscillator “burning hot” versus “average”. New Orleans is also tied for fifth in Team Volatility while the Warriors are not in the top ten. This means the Pelicans are more consistently winning when favorites and losing when underdogs compare to Golden State. Despite the edges on the Power Ranking Indicator and Team Strength Oscillator, the Pelicans will be the underdogs in this series. Golden State has home court advantage and took three of the four games between the teams this season. While it wont be easy, look for Golden State to advance to the Western Conference finals in either six or seven games.
