NHL Picks: Today’s Expert NHL Predictions – Caps, Ducks, Blues
Let’s try this again. We’re nearing the end of the season and that was our first day losing a unit or more in 3 months. As a result, when three more games fit my NHL system again today, let’s try to get some of that back. Once again, we will be laying out all the forum plays in the system today. We like the Anaheim Ducks, the Washington Capitals, and the St. Louis Blues.
While I’m disappointed that the Vancouver Canucks pulled out a win last night, I’m confident they won’t shock us two nights in a row against elite teams and I’m all over the Anaheim Ducks tonight. I also like the Washington Capitals to bounce back. Even though they are coasting, they are the better team and Braden Holtby is going for a Martin Brodeur record. They won’t plateau for long, and the Colorado Avalanche have slid out of the playoff race. Lastly, I like the streaking St. Louis Blues to take out a slumping Boston Bruins team with almost no offense right now. The Blues have one of the best defenses in hockey.
