Featured interview with legendary Super Ben Aussie, a creator of 150 unit system Bookie Kryptonite and Godzilla!
1. Hi Ben! Please tell us more about yourself! Where are you from?
Tell us more how you became the MLB fan?
Hey zCoders and thank you Mike and the developers for this opportunity.
I am from Sydney, Australia (originally Adelaide back 9 years ago). I have been married for a near 3 years now with a beautiful 15 month old daughter “Montana” yes named after the San Francisco 49ers great and a have son due in May (which will be named after a San Francisco Giants player haha, sorry not allowed to disclose his name at this stage.
I work full time and have been in a Executive role in the Automotive industry all of my life, so working for a Japanese manufacturer i travel the world all year round which has its highs and lows.
My passion for MLB begun back in 2001 (i was 21 years old), i spend a lot of time in the USA and from firstly beginning as a sightseeing and party adventure of night clubs, quickly came to be a trip on visiting ball parks and watching baseball in various locations. And how it all fell together the San Francisco Giants seemed to be in the cities i was travelling so my Love for them quickly begun, and helped with the big slugger of Barry Bonds being in his prime also
My passion of mathematics, numbers, and statistics was a romance made in heaven when i learnt about MLB. From there all is history i have been back to America nearly every year, even taken my wife who also now loves American Baseball (very rare in Australia no one appreciates MLB or NFL). And even a plus my Giants have won two World Series as underdogs…. I even have a tattoo on my leg of the Giants….Now up to my 49ers to give me another ring when they win the Superbowl this year.. My family and i with friends will be supporting them from Hawaii…..
2. You are the most inspirational legendary Zcoder. Please tell us
more how you started and formed the Aussie group?
Thank you for the very kind comments. I came across zCode by pure accident as i was following a retired sports star actually on Twitter who gave it a mention in Australia so i thought i would check it out as it was the start of the MLB Season and generally speaking MLB whilst my knowledge of every MLB team covers from the A, AA, AAA and Major Leagues, my personal systems i was using before zCode were just consistently losing, so i thought i would sign up.
I really enjoy seeing my fellow locals joining up as i understand learning American sports can be very difficult as some sports play every day etc. so for the normal Australian to understand this is very difficult as we don’t have sports like that here.
3. You had a lot of systems before but you are most known for your 2
best systems, Bookies Kryptonite and Godzilla. Tell us more how you
created them?

I believe my early systems were not back tested and my knowledge and understanding of parameters, filtering, using zCode tools and Money Management just were not ready to start my own systems. So yes a moment of deja vu as i was still doing what i was doing before zCode and that was no control, discipline, no long term goals and listening and learning from the experienced cappers of zCode.
NHL is a sport I have no real interest in, no emotions, no personal connections and i saw it as a massive opportunity to use this to my advantage and zCode really has only a few NHL cappers compared to NBA so again saw this as a massive opportunity for myself to help zCode go to the next level with a highly profitable and season long NHL system. I think our friend Kryptonite has so far achieved this with over +150 Units ($15,000 profit and we are not even halfway into the season)
4. Lets talk more about this “Bookies Kryptonite” program that
generated over 150 units of profit. Can you tell us more about it, the
approach, what parameters do you put most attention to?
My approach with Kryptonite was 4 fields, Moneyline, Spread, Total team goals for both sides not just the favourites. With so many games in the season i left the system open not just to favourites but underdogs also,
Kryptonite has a soft progression method behind the scenes based on Teams movement. Without giving away all the juicy algorithms to Kryptonite, major parameters are Home/Away records, Goalie Selections, Injuries, total team goal oscillators, win/loss oscillators, ATS history and much much more. Lets just say with zCodes head up display of information this system could not function without zCode.
5. What Zcode tools do you use most of all and why?
I am a numbers and graphs guy, looking at the zCode tools screen is like a Gentlemen’s Club for most other guys haha. Hot Trends and recommendations are generally where i begin my normal studies so let’s look at my typical NFL selection criteria. I use the hot trends with recommendations to begin my studies, hot/cold meters, star systems to ensure i am on the right track (i only use the stars as a low level filter, but Kryptonite uses them as a high range filter) Last games information with Totals and ATS coverage then finally and most importantly i read all of the long term Cappers comments on the wall, this information is invaluable when finalizing your selections. We have NBA, NFL guys here who live and breathe these sports so you have to learn, listen and then make your decisions after taking all information in.
6. Your tips to the followers and suggestions?
Ok as i said a few days ago on the wall, i would prefer to see zCode known as a Winning Selections community not a Winning Picks, what we do is Systems and we do this very very well, someone would say we have the best backtested, proven and profitable systems in the business of sports investing. Newbies enter zCode and expect Ok what is the “Pick of the Day” like what you see on other sites and on Twitter etc., that’s not what zCode is about at all.
Suggestions for people who have just started or looking to register with zCode is don’t expect an overnight miracle, you don’t get that on the stock exchange, home market or at the race tracks so don’t believe this is what you are getting here.
As i mentioned above I blew quite a lot of bankrolls in the early days and with the personal assistance of Cyril and a few others they guided me on the right track. Take the time to read the Money Management guide this is your #1 and Ultimate tool to sports investing success. Start a spreadsheet and TRACK all of your daily plays, and analyse your personal strengths and weaknesses on a monthly basis. See what systems are fitting to your money management approach and what suits your style eg High Risk or Low Risk slow build systems. High risk is Kryptonite which can win/loss 15 units on a given day, or follow bank builder systems with low returns but extremely high win rates like Cyril Cherry or Geoffrey/Stuarts sUper plays.
7. My favourite question, what makes great people great?
Have a purpose, purpose leads to passion, dedication and success. Measure it, learn by it and knock it out of the park.
8. Great words Ben! So what is your vision for 2014?
ok San Francisco 49ers to win the Super Bowl haha, Hawthorn Hawks in the AFL to win the premiership back to back, unfortunately my San Francisco Giants will struggle again this year in a very tough NL West.
zCode will continue to evolve in new directions, we have our Soccer legends of Geoffrey, Rob, Kamzy and Josh given us new profitable systems consistently. Stuart, Gavin and John will continue to improve there systems and hopefully a few Aussies and New Zealanders will kick in with a AFL, Cricket and Rugby system or two. zCode 2014 is going to go much deeper than American Sports in 2014.
