The soccer weekend calendar is dominated by the North London Derby from jolly old England. Tottenham and Arsenal despise each other, and this weekend’s game has implications on the race for the Premier League’s top four.
Tottenham vs. Arsenal
The two sides clash with Arsenal looking to complete the double over their neighbors. The Gunners defeated Tottenham 2-0 earlier this season in a commanding performance. Tottenham sit just above Arsenal in the Premier League standings and a win by Spurs could propel them into the top four depending on other results.
Spurs are coming off of a fortunate draw with Liverpool last weekend. Tottenham got a 94th minute penalty that allowed them to level the game at 2-2. Arsenal, on the other hand, are coming off of a dominant 5-1 win over Everton. The Gunners do have some injury worries. Manager Arsene Wenger will make a decision on starting goalkeeper Petr Cech just before game time. His omission could hurt Arsenal’s chances away from home.
Both teams have scored 51 goals this term, but Tottenham’s defense has been far better than Arsenal’s. This game should come down to which team is better at the back. If Arsenal are without Cech, Spurs could see off their rivals quite easily.

Manchester City vs. Leicester
Manchester City are running away with the Premier League title. Although the team’s perfect season was ended by Liverpool, Pep Guardiola’s side are chugging along toward the title. Leicester arrive at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. The Foxes are winless in their last two matches.
Leicester star Riyad Mahrez won’t suit up for the Foxes. He has gone on strike after a failed January transfer to Manchester City. Mahrez is angry at Leicester for preventing his big money move. The atmosphere around Leicester isn’t great currently, and it should play into Manchester City’s hands.

Swansea vs. Burnley
Seventeenth placed Swansea are fighting for their Premier League lives. The Swans are undefeated in their last four matches, and since hiring Carlos Carvalhal as manager, the team’s fortunes have done a 180.
Despite being winless in their last six games, Burnley are no pushovers. The team has a good manager in Sean Dyche, and Burnley play football the right way. Burnley are in a purgatory in which the team aren’t good enough to qualify for Europe and they are too good to be relegated. It could cause the team to falter on Saturday.
